Prior to joining The Ben Farella Group, Eric Dion worked as an application developer, analyst, web developer and system administrator for a number of organizations. He developed and managed a service management system for a retail business, and was the lead web designer for a design shop.

After graduating from Canadore College he joined Stroma Services, a firm specializing in the sale and implementation of a service management software suite. With Stroma, Eric developed custom scripts and configured software to meet the specific needs of a variety of clients, including government and private business.

Now with BFG, Eric handles web development, web tool configuration, and many other web- and technology-based projects. His competency with numerous programming languages and platforms gives him the versatility to solve a wide variety of client-partners’ technical challenges.
